Our tooling designers produce fully detailed 3D models with 3D GD&T and complete drawing packages for each component and sub-assembly. Whether it's a single hand tool, hydraulic horizontal machining fixture, or manually actuated welding fixture, our design process is fully integrated with our supply chain of AS9100D manufacturers whom we source tooling from. Each fixture comes with a full first article inspection report (FAIR).
